Delivery and payment of orders

General Information

All orders placed on the Pro Line website are processed within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation by the customer. Once your order has been processed by our staff, you will receive an email with tracking information. Deliveries to offices and addresses in Bulgaria are handled by courier companies Econt and Speedy. The delivery time is 1-3 business days. The delivery fee to an office of the courier company Econt or Speedy is at the customer's expense for the entire Bulgaria.

ProLine reserves the right to send your order with another carrier to ensure that the package arrives within the time frame chosen by you. We only ship with internationally recognized companies such as UPS, DHL, Canada Post, and FedEx, and we always provide your tracking number for all available options.

Worldwide Shipping: We use UPS, DHL, Canada Post, and FedEx for all packages.

Domestic Delivery: We ship most orders via courier Econt or Speedy.

International Delivery: We use UPS, DHL, and FedEx for international orders. Your order will typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

Tracking Information As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive tracking information by email. Please note that with some couriers, the activation of the tracking link may be delayed for up to 48 hours.

International Deliveries, Duties & Other Taxes International deliveries are possible to over 20 countries in the EU, USA, and Canada (please see the table below for more information). If, as a result of international delivery, you are required to pay any fees on the shipment (duties, etc.), you (the BUYER) are fully responsible for them. We (Pro Line as the SELLER) are not responsible for paying duties or other taxes on shipments, and we cannot influence them in any way or estimate the time required for the release of a shipment from customs.

Order Issues When placing an order through the Pro Line website, please carefully review all the necessary data for successful delivery - your full name, contact information, and delivery address. Once your shipment is handed over to the courier company, we cannot redirect it to another address. If you encounter any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us through the contact form on our official website.

Returns ProLine does not accept returns of used or opened items. To find out if you qualify for a return or partial refund, please contact us through the contact form.

Delivery Time ProLine strives to process orders as quickly as possible, within 1-3 business days for domestic orders and 3-7 days for international orders. Orders received before 14:30 are usually shipped the same day. Orders received after 14:30 are usually shipped the next business day. Please note that the delivery time is subject to change under unusual circumstances.

We only show ESTIMATED delivery times during the ordering process. Please note that dates are subject to change, and always allow extra delivery time. It is a good practice to check your tracking number after receiving a shipment confirmation for an updated delivery date. ProLine is not responsible if the date or time of delivery of your order is changed by the courier after it leaves our premises.
