HOW TO STORE PROLINE CARTRIDGE NEEDLES?
You should store your boxes and the needles in a dry place. Do not use the cartridge needle if its packaging is damaged.
WHAT IS THE QUALITY CONTROL OF PRO-LINE?
Each needle is checked by a specialized technical expert before being approved. Our cartridges are assembled in a specially built clean room with ISO-8 air purification standards. After assembly, the product is rechecked to ensure it is sterilized with E.O. gas and that each package is intact before shipping.
HOW MANY PIECES ARE IN A BOX?
Each individual box from the ProLine® Cartridge collection contains exactly 20 cartridge needles, each sterilized and individually packaged.
CAN I ORDER A SPECIFIC NUMBER INSTEAD OF A WHOLE BOX?
Yes, for each product from the ProLine® Cartridge collection, you can choose how many pieces and which type you want to order. If you encounter any difficulties or are unsure, please email proline.eu@gmail.com.
THE NUMBER ON MY CARTRIDGE AND THE CONFIGURATION PRINTED ON THE PACKAGING DON'T MATCH?
Our needle configurations and cartridge tips follow the same logic as all traditional needles would fit onto their corresponding needle tips. This means that the number you see on the cartridge tip is the size of the tip (the gauge of the needle), not the needle configuration.
