The latest Flux Max cordless tattoo machine, which is the culmination of everything FK Irons has created over the years.

The FK Irons power supply is an improved PowerBolt II , which offers tattooists a refined user experience and features a new motherboard developed by the company with the latest technological advances, as well as additional layers of electronic protection.

The PowerBolt II features an OLED digital display designed to provide a more intuitive and user-friendly experience. It offers up to 6 hours of battery life and has a USB-C connection for easy charging. We recommend using the chargers that come with the kit or quality devices to avoid charging issues with products that do not provide enough power.

Through the PowerBolt II’s screen and updated touchpad, tattooists can view and access the menu to toggle and adjust various battery settings without having to use the Darklab app. Menu options include:

Main power display - in hertz (Hz) or volts (V)
Secondary power display - with the alternative power unit selected above
*Voltage adjustment - display voltage in 0.1 or 0.5 V steps
*Footswitch - enable Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity for wireless connection to the Darklab Killswitch foot pedal
eGive - from level 0 (eGive disabled) to levels 1, 2 and 3 (strong, medium and soft impact). Once adjusted, the device will sense the voltage of the doses used and run an algorithm to ensure that eGive is consistent with the selected level.
*Timer - keep track of your session time (ideal for artists who charge by the hour).
*Screen orientation - choose left or right-handed operation.

The PowerBolt II battery offers a wider voltage range than its predecessors from 4 to 12 V. The ability to use a new low voltage of 4 V is ideal for styles such as stippling.

The Flux Max offers full compatibility with existing FK Irons accessories and wireless devices right out of the box, including the Darklab Killswitch and mobile app. You can replace the PowerBolt II with the original PowerBolt or PowerBolt+ if you wish.

Made from 6061 T6 aluminum, the FK Irons Flux Max features a more tapered design than previous Flux models, along with a redesigned center ring design. The taper is similar to that of the Xion Gorilla grip, but less aggressive. Diamond facets adorn the top of the grip for a stylish touch, while the redesigned grip features indentations for increased comfort and ergonomics.

Compatible with universal cartridges. The consistent and reliable motor and needle penetration systems inside allow for optimal functionality of your cartridges. In addition, the machine is front-weighted, allowing tattooists to glide easily during tattooing sessions with less fatigue.

FK Irons Flux Max are available in one of three stroke lengths: 3.2m, 4.0 and 4.5mm.
